Ingredients: 9 x Inch pie shell 3 med Onions 1 cup Water 4 med Eggs 1/2 cup Milk 1 1/2 cup Grated chedar cheese

Method:
Prick pie shell with a fork and bak
e at 350 f for 10 min. Peel and slice onions, place in sauce pan and cover with water, boil for 5 to 10 mins. Cool. Beat together eggs and milk. Alternate layers of onions and grated cheese in the pie shell. Pour custard over all. Bake at 350 f for 25 mins or until set.
