Well the site is a privately run, non-commercial site run by a single person with a genuine love of food and recipes. As the site has grown, so do the operating costs. I have to keep upgrading our systems and are constantly requiring more bandwidth and paying for monthly hosting. The only source of income is from donations and some google ads.
